1. Service Agreement

By purchasing services from Resumes50 ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("the client," "you," or "your") agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include professional resume writing, cover letter templates, and job search guides.

2. Service Delivery

• We commit to delivering your complete resume package within 48 hours of receiving your completed questionnaire
• Rush delivery options, if available, must be requested at the time of purchase
• Delays in providing required information will extend delivery timelines accordingly

3. Payment and Pricing

• All services must be paid in full ($50) before work begins
• Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect confirmed orders
• Additional services or revisions beyond the package inclusion will incur extra charges
• All payments are processed through secure payment gateways

4. Revisions Policy

• Two rounds of revisions are included with your package
• Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your documents
• Additional revision requests beyond the included rounds will incur extra charges
• All revision requests must be reasonable and within the scope of the original service

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds are available only if we fail to deliver within the promised timeframe
• No refunds will be issued after revisions have been requested
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original delivery date
• Change of mind or finding alternative services does not qualify for a refund

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Respond to questions or requests for information promptly
• Review delivered documents within the revision period
• Use the provided documents for personal job search only

7. Intellectual Property

• The final resume remains your property for personal use
• Our templates, formats, and guides remain the property of Resumes50
• Reselling or redistributing our materials is strictly prohibited

8. Confidentiality

We commit to:

• Protecting your personal information
• Not sharing your details with third parties
• Using your information only for creating your ordered documents
• Complying with relevant data protection regulations

9. Limitations of Liability

Resumes50:

• Does not guarantee job interviews or employment
• Is not responsible for the outcome of your job search
• Cannot be held liable for damages exceeding the service fee paid
• Provides templates and guides as-is without warranty

10. Communication

• All service-related communications will be via email
• Response time for queries is within 24 business hours
• Emergency requests should be marked as "URGENT" in the subject line

11. Service Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse service to anyone for any reason
• Terminate service if terms are violated
• Cancel orders that violate our policies
• Issue refunds for terminated services

12. Amendments
